Now a day android mobile phone is a part and parcel of our day to day life. Because Android has a wide variety of attractive features and uncountable number of apps. But it has some problems. One of them is play store log in problem. Most of the time after resetting the phone it shows different error message to log in the play store. 






There are different methods to solve the problem:
1. Clearing out the Play Store data:
It is the 1st process to solve the problem. For this just follow the following steps
Settings > Apps > Google Play Store Clear Data

2. Clearing out the Google Play Store cache:
It is another process to empty the app's cache. To empty the cache just follow the following steps
Settings > Apps > Google Play Store Clear Cache

3. Uninstalling Google Play Store updates:
Even this can help. Sometimes an update will do more harm than good to your Play Store app, so it makes sense to uninstall an update.
Settings > Apps > Google Play Store Uninstall Updates

4. Clearing data, cache and updates of Google Play Services:
Sometimes Google play services may occur the play store log in problem. To solve the problem just follow the following steps:
Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Clear Data
Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Clear Cache
Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Uninstall Updates

5. Factory Data Reset:
After following the above steps if the problem is not solved yet than you can perform a factory data reset. But it is mentionable that all of your data will be lost, so it is very important to perform a complete backup all of your data & apps.
Settings > Backup & reset> Factory data reset> Reset Phone

6. Deleting the hosts file (For rooted users only):
After following the above steps if the problem is not solved yet and if you are a root user than, you have an even simpler & 100% working solution at hand, just delete the hosts file from root folder. For this you have to use a file manager that can access the root. There are many file manager for this such as: root explorer, root file manager, ES file explorer, X-plore etc. Today we are using X-plore. Just follow the following steps:

  • Open the File Manager
  •  Click: (Root) [It may ask root access/permission, Just allow the root access]

  • Click: etc-> /system/etc

  • Delete the ‘hosts’ file

  • Close the File Manager
  • Restart the phone
  • Now log in to Google Play Store without any problem
