There are different methods
to solve the problem but most of them do not work properly. If you are a root
user than, you have an even simpler & 100% working solution at hand. To
solve the problem just delete the hosts file from root folder of your phone
memory. For this you have to use a file manager that can access the root. There
are many file manager for this such as: root explorer, root file manager, ES
file explorer, X-plore etc. Today we are using X-plore. Just follow the
following steps:
- You need a rooted Phone
- Download X-plore from here
- Install the X-plore or any other root access browser
- Open the File Manager
- Click: (Root) [It may ask root access/permission, Just allow the root access]
- Click: etc-> /system/etc
- Delete the ‘hosts’ file
- Close the File Manager
- Restart the phone
- Now log in to Google Play Store without any problem
